This is normal during the first few days: it takes 2 to 4 days for the tracking number to show any updates. This does not mean that it hasn't been shipped.
How long does it take?
Delivery usually takes between 8 and 14 days. If it takes longer than that, write to us and we’ll file a claim for you.
